Welcome to Haven on Heald, a spacious 7-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Brigantine, NJ, just a short walk from the beach. With two living areas, a private heated in-ground pool, a large backyard, and plenty of sleeping space, the home is well suited for families and groups looking to enjoy time together at the shore. Guests must be 25 or older to book this property. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, ample cabinet and counter space, cookware, dishes, and the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. LIVING ROOMS The home features two separate living areas, both with comfortable seating and Smart TVs, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out and relax. Additional sleeping accommodations are available in both living rooms; see below. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use. -Propane tanks are provided when available. If a tank runs out during your stay, guests may refill it as needed. -Please keep the grill a safe distance from the house, garage, and siding while in use. BEACH AMENITIES Beach tags are provided for guest use, along with beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys located in the garage. Please return all beach tags at the end of your stay. Lost or missing tags are subject to a $50 replacement fee per tag. Please note that while we do our best to keep beach amenities available for guests, items may occasionally be lost, damaged, or misplaced and cannot always be replaced immediately. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Brigantine noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Haven on Heald", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Guests may request to change booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. Within 14 days, date changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking. -Trip Protection is suggested for added coverage. -After booking, guests will receive a secure link to complete a rental agreement and guest verification through our third-party guest portal. This should be completed prior to check-in to avoid delays OTHER DETAILS: -Brigantine is a barrier island and beach town style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -The Brigantine Beaches are not free and require beach tags. -Beach tags will be provided but there will be a $50 fee for any lost or missing beach tags that are not returned -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind since it is a shore town and houses are closer to one another.
